Met with IGC personnel for an IM verification dig at 8623 S Federal Way, Boise, ID. Witnessed traffic control,
line locating, excavation, and soil resistivity testing.
Oct 4,2022: (1 DIMP)
IGC personnel continued excavation on the IM verification dig at 8623 S Federal Way, Boise, ID. Witnessed
traffic control and excavation.
Oct 5, 2022: (2 DIMP)
IGC personnel continued excavation on the IM verification dig at 8623 S Federal Way, Boise, ID. Witnessed
excavation, hand digging, trench shoring, localized coating removal, cathodic protection readings, and removal
of debris.
Oct 6, 2022: (2 DIMP)
IGC personnel contracted Acuren to conduct wall thickness survey. IPUC inspectors withnessed NDE surface
preparation, UT survey, and water mitigation at 8623 S Federal Way, Boise, ID. At 7560 S Federal Way, Boise, ID
inspectors witnessed excavation, traffic control, trench shoring, removal of debris.
