Risk Models for 4 different areas, P&M 1 (Updated due to discrepancies) and P&M 2 (Legacy form), OPS 610, Damage Prevention Plan, OQs in accordance with 49 CFR Part 192 and PHMSA's Gas Transmission Integrity Management Inspection Protocols. This audit was performed by Idaho Public Utilities Commission's Pipeline Safety inspectors in Boise, ID at IGC's headquarters General Office and virtually. May 19, 2022: (0.5 IMP Prep) Prepared for the Transmission IM Plan Audit of IGC. Reviewed previous audit results and all pertinent company procedures along with PHMSA Gas Transmission Integrity Management Inspection Protocols for the audit. May 23, 25, 2022: (5 IMP) Met with IGC representatives to audit the companies transmission piping IM Plan, OPS 900 is a new/updated plan that is used throughout the MDU company as a whole. No areas of concern were noted during this audit.
