Reviewed the Nampa LNG plant Records, Emergency Manual, Fire Manual, Operations Procedure Manual,
Preventative Maintenance Guide, Plant Maintenance Training Manual, Equipment Operations Manual and
Security Training Manuals for compliance with 49 CFR part 193, NFPA 59A. Prepared for the LNG inspection
through review of the inspection forms and 2018 Procedural & 2021 Records inspection results.
May 16-18, 2021: (9.0 Standard)
Bruce Perkins, Jeff Brooks and Matt Galli of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission met with Intermountain Gas
Company Nampa LNG Plant personnel Russ Nishikawa,Tim Murray, Colleen Villegas and Colby Lundstrom to
conduct an audit of records and field review for plant operations for calendar year 2021 and Procedural
Manuals. The PHMSA Inspector Assistant (IA) Program was used to conduct a LNG Facility Inspection on the
records,field and procedural manual as they applied to the facility. An IA Post Inspection Preliminary Findings
(exit interview)was performed following the inspection with Colby Lundstrom Compliance/Audit Manager).
