Prepared for the Intermountain Gas Company's Drug and Alcohol program inspection through review of the
PHMSA IA Question set and Intermountain Gas Company's DOT Anti-Drug and Alcohol Plan with all
appendances.
March 29, 2022: (2 D&A)
Bruce Perkins and Jeff Brooks of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission met with Angie Berger(MDU Human
Resources) at IGC's General Offices in Boise, ID to review their DOT Anti-Drug and Alcohol Plan. PHMSA's IA
Question Set and 2019 D&A were used as a guide throughout the audit to ensure all areas were completed.
