Inspection Summary
Audit consisted of inspecting field installed equipment for the Nampa, Idaho inspection units. The PHMSA IA
question set and IGC equipment listing were used as a guide throughout the audit to ensure all areas were
completed/covered. Records (28-29 Mar 22) and procedures (1 Feb 22) for all Idaho Intermountain Gas Units
were inspected at the Intermountain Gas Company(IGC) headquarters in Boise, Idaho.

Met with IGC company representatives in the Nampa district office for in-brief and to begin field audit and
review OQ records for all personnel taking part in the inspection.

59985,48371-RS-59978, 48363-RS-59909,48363-RS-59887, 48367-RS-59888, and 48367-RS-59916 were
inspected for proper operating parameters, regulator lock-up, relief device operation, cathodic protection pipe-
to-soil readings, pipe-to soil interface wrap protection, station warning signs and right-of-way clearances.
20 casing-to-carrier isolation checks,five cathodic protection rectifiers, three pipeline patrols, and 17
emergency/isolation valves were checked for proper operation, observations listed below.
An IPUC Form 3 (exit interview) was performed following the district inspection with Will Lindsey
(Compliance/Audit Specialist) of Intermountain Gas Company.
