IPUC Inspectors conducted a 2019 Gas Rule Inspection on Douglas Pipeline Company (DPC) with
Andi Shacklett, Director of Regulatory Compliance.
November 29, 2022: (1) Gas Rule Prep
Inspectors reviewed DPC TIMP Plans for Bennett and Langley against the IA Gas Rule question set.
December 13,2022: (3) Gas Rule
IPUC Inspectors reviewed various documents for DPC Bennett Mountain and Langley Gulch pipeline
segments. Documents included: O&M Manuals, TIMP plan, Appendix A - Class Location, Appendix B
Pressure Test, Class Location Survey for both segments, Form 1 - ROW, annual class location studies in
conformance with SOP 22, MAOP determination records from initial startup for Bennett Mountain in
2004 and Langley in 2011, O&M Material Verification worksheet, Bennett Mountain Wilson Supply
Documents, Element 2 - Threat Assessment for Bennett Mountain. Recommended to include API RP
1176 in Section 17.2. All procedures and records appear to be in compliance with appliable Part 192
code sections.
