Audit consisted of inspecting field installed operating equipment for Douglas Pipeline Companies Langley-
Gulch LG(New Plymouth) and Bennett Mountain BMT(Mountain Home) districts.
September 7,2022: (0.5 Standard Prep)
Preparation for Langley Gulch and Bennett Mountain Field Audits
September 12,2022: (2.0 Standard)
Audit included: 19 CP test station readings, verification of valve functionality(LG -V1001, V 1002, V 1003,
V 1004; BMT -V 1 and V2) and ROW line marker inspections.
Observations include: Multiple ROW line markers along the LG ROW that need to be replaced due to fading
and peeling. Multiple badger holes were found in the vicinity of the BMT ROW and one hole had line locating
tape pulled out of the hole.

Wrote the inspection report, completed audit forms: PHMSA IA question set, IPUC Forms 1, 3 and attached
inspection documents.
