2019 Gas Rule Inspection
The State of Idaho partnered with Utah State Inspectors and conducted a 2019 Gas Rule joint inspetion of
Dominion Energy.
25-26 Oct 2021 (4.0) Inspection,typed reports
Using the IA inspection program and code books we conducted an initial 2019 Gas Rule Inspection of DEUWI
programs/procedures and some records that were available. The inspection revealed that the operators
procedures at the time of the inspection appeared to be in compliance with code. A few reccomendations were
made to the operator and will be an attachment to this form.
