Inspection Summary
Audit consisted of DEUWI Integrity Management (IM)verification dig in Franklin, Idaho and a visit to Their
training center in Salt Lake City to observe fire and welding training.
Jun 28, 2021: (3 TIMP travel)
Travel to Logan, Utah to meet with DEUWI personnel for the IM verification dig.
Jun 29,2021: (3.0 Training)
Visited training center in Salt Lake City to observe fire and welding training classes and their capabilities.
Jun 30,2021: (2.5 TIMP, .5 OQ)
Observed IM verification dig at Hwy 91N mile marker 2, Franklin, Idaho. WC crew exposed 10" FBE coated steel
line for a visual check. Calibration on holiday detection device (Jeep) was expired. Work stopped for the day
until they could get a calibrated device.
Jul 1,2021: (3)TIMP &travel)
Approx. 12" of the 10" pipe was jeeped, cleaned, sandblasted,verification of seam type (ERW) and remaining
wall thickness noted. No anomalies identified. DEUWI personnel completed a soil resistivity test and checked
anode output.The pipe was primed and wax wrap applied.Traveled back to Boise.
