Inspection Summary
Audit consisted of Dominion Energy Utah/Wyoming/Idaho (DEUWI) Integrity Management (IM) verification dig
in Franklin, Idaho.
Jun 14, 2021: (1 TIMP travel)
Travel to Logan, Utah to meet with DEUWI personnel for the IM verification dig.
Jun 15-16, 2021: (1.5 TIMP, .5 OQ)
Observed IM verification dig at 175 S Hwy 91, Franklin, Idaho, Whitaker Construction crew exposed 10" FBE
coated steel line that was identified during the survey to have an anomaly. They did a visual check,jeeped pipe
and CP tech did a soil resistivity test and checked anode output. The crew found coating issues on a
compression sleeve and a spot at the 6 o'clock position on the pipe. Approx. 24' of the 10" pipe was cleaned,
sandblasted, 2-part epoxied, and wax wrapped at the transition. Flow sand was used as backfill.

Traveled back to Boise, completed forms and typed report.
