Audit consisted of inspecting field installed operating equipment for the Dominion Energy Idaho inspection unit.

IPUC inspectors Perkins and Galli conducted a field audit of Dominion Energy's Preston District. Audit
included: Verification of Karson Cook, Mike Thayne and Jason Valdez. 7 regulator stations (FR0001,FC0006,
FC0005, FC0003, FC0001,FC0004, PS0001), 3 carrier/casings, 1 rectifiers, 9 control valves and no patrols.
One regulator station(PS0001) failed lockup due to dithiazine issues on the primary worker regulator. Regulator
was fixed on-site by cleaning the diaphragm and pilot stem.
