The Idaho PUC inspectors partnered with Utah and Wyoming state inspectors and conducted a Public
Awareness Program Inspection on Dominion Energy(DEUWI).
17-18 October 2022 (2.5) standard,typed reports
Used the IA inspection program, code books, Dominion Energy Public Awareness Plan,API 1162 and other
information/records provided by the operator to conduct a 2022 Public Awareness audit. The inspection
revealed that the operator procedures/records at the time of the inspection appeared to be out of compliance
with applicable code 192.616(c)and API 1162,First Edition, Demember 2003 - 8.4.4 Measure 4 -Achieving
Bottom-Line Results at it relates to tracking near misses.
