The Idaho PUC inspectors partnered with Utah and Wyoming state inspectors and conducted a 2019 Gas Rule
Records Inspection on Dominion Energy(DEUWI).

Used the IA inspection program, code books, Dominion Energy O&M, GIS platforms and other
information/records provided by the operator to conduct a 2019 Gas Rule Records Inspection-2022. The
inspection revealed that the operator procedures/records at the time of the inspection appeared to be in
compliance with code.
