Observed a Avista crew repairing/straightening a valve box PUM 1117 at old Hwy 8 and Watermill road in
Deary, ID.Also observed crew installing snow/protective shed at 305 Idaho St in Deary, Idaho All procedures
were followed. Reports and forms produced for inspection activities.
Areas observed during this project were: Excavation, backfilling, line locating and setting concrete footings.
