Coordinated with Oregon PUC on 4 May 2022 that they would add us to their already scheduled Section 114
audit. Reviewed Oregon PUC's Section 114 audit results on 1 Jun 2022 and concurred with the results that Kevin
Hennessy approved on 17 May 2022. IPUC will utilize this inspection to satisfy the PHMSA Section 114
inspection requirements.
