February 14, 2022: (0.5 Standard Prep) Prepared for Moscow Field Audit. May 9,2022: (3 Standard travel) Traveled to Moscow, ID to conduct inspection. May 10-11,2022: (5.5 Standard, .5 OQ) Met with Avista company representatives in the Pullman, Washington district office for in-brief and began field audit of Moscow installed equipment. Regulator Stations 307,323,329,332,333,335,367,3785,3065 and 3130 were randomly selected and inspected for relief operation, regulator lock-up and general condition of the station including pipe-to-soil wrap and corrosion. Three cathodic rectifiers,ten valves and five carrier-to-casings were inspected for the Moscow district . IPUC Form 3 was conducted with Randy Bareither. May 13, 2022: (3 Standard travel) Traveled back to Boise, ID.
