IPUC inspectors Brooks and Galli conducted a standard inspection of 20 HPSS's (Farm Taps) in the towns of
Firth, Basalt and Shelley of the Idaho Falls District. Inspected HPSS Maximo ID and addresses can be found on
the HPSS checklist. Two farm taps (64769 & 64774) were found with leaks and comfirmed with a bubble test.
IGC leak line was notified. Confirmation numbers are: 4275482977 and 4248489745.
