IPUC inspector Galli observed Dasco, a contractor for IGC install 3/" service lines in Meridian, ID.
Address: 4932, 4924 & 4916 N Palustris Way(Split Service, EFV 1200 to 4924 and 4916, 3 homes total)
Observations Include: correct trench depth, safety equipment, tracer wire, verification of proper OQ
credentials, verification of equipment calibrations, butt fusion to the stub, bedding with sand, backfill
and continuity tests. Quizzed employees on AOCs of fusion and squeeze off procedures for+/- 32-
degree weather. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance
Manual.

Observations Include: correct trench depth, safety equipment, tracer wire, verification of equipment
calibrations, successful pressure test, butt fusion to the stub, stab fitting (90 degree), squeeze off
procedures, bedding with sand and backfill. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGC
Operations and Maintenance Manual.
