IPUC inspector Galli observed Probst, a contractor for IGC install 2"main with 3/4' service line stubs in
Meridian, ID.
Address: Intersection of Franklin Road and Baraya Way
Observations Include: correct trench depth, safety equipment, tracer wire, verification of equipment
calibrations, butt fusion (2" T's and 90s),bedding with sand and backfill. Quizzed employees on AOCs
of fusion procedures. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and
Maintenance Manual.
