IPUC inspector Perkins observed Das-Co a contractor for IGC install a 3/4" services in Nampa, Idaho.
To addresse(s): 5754/5741 E Lekeitio village drive. Observations included: Safety equipment,
trenching, line-locating, tracer wire install, EFV,bedding, pressure test, purging,backfilling, stab
fittings and fusing. Quizzed fuser on squeeze/release times and inspection of pipe ends after heating.
All procedures were observed in compliance with IGCs Operations and Maintenance Manual.
