Address: 12981 Okie Ridge Rd, Caldwell, ID
Observations Include: trenching, line locating, safety equipment, verification of OQ records, shore box
installed, thumper bore, verification of equipment calibrations, EFV 1200 installation and butt fusion.
Quizzed employees on AOCs of fusion procedures. All procedures were followed in accordance with
IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
