IPUC inspector Perkins observed Das-Co a contractor for IGC install a 1/4" service in Meridian, Idaho.
To addresse(s):5054 W Oakford Dr. Observations included: Safety equipment, trenching, line-locating,
tracer wire install, bedding, pressure test,purging, backfilling, stab fittings. and fusing. Quizzed fuser
on squeeze/release times and inspection of pipe ends after heating. All procedures were observed in
compliance with IGCs Operations and Maintenance Manual.
