IPUC inspector Galli observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC install multiple 3/4" Service Lines in
Middleton, ID.
Address: 722 Altia St,Middleton, ID
Observations Include: correct trench depth, safety equipment, tracer wire, verification of equipment
calibrations, EFV 1200 installation, squeeze off procedures, bedding with sand and backfill. Quizzed
employees on AOCs of squeeze off procedures. All observed procedures were followed in accordance
with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.

Observations Include: correct trench depth, safety equipment, tracer wire, verification of equipment
calibrations, EFV 1200 installation, successful pressure test, mechanical fittings, squeeze off
procedures, bedding with sand,backfill, continuity test and line located. All observed procedures were
followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.

EFV 1200 installation, verification of equipment calibrations, successful pressure test, squeeze off
procedures,bedding with sand and backfill. Quizzed employees on applicable AOCs of fusion
procedures. All observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and
Maintenance Manual.
