IPUC inspector Perkins observed Das-Co a contractor for IGC install a V service in Meridan, Idaho.
To addresse(s):2156 E Star Ln (shop). Observations included: Safety equipment, trenching, thumper
bore, line-locating, tracer wire install, bedding, welding on auto-perf, backfilling, and fusing.
Quizzed fuser on squeeze/release times and inspection of pipe ends after heating. All procedures were
observed in compliance with IGCs Operations and Maintenance Manual.
