IPUC inspector Perkins observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC install a 3/' service line at 9998 W State
St in Garden City, ID. Observations Include: trenching, safety equipment, tracer wire, verification of
equipment calibrations, EFV install, butt fusion, mechanical stab fittings, welding on tapping tee,
bedding with sand and backfill. Quizzed employees on AOCs of fusion. All procedures were followed
in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
