IPUC inspectors Galli and Brooks observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC install 3 separate 1/4' service
lines in Caldwell, ID.
Address: 12425 & 12411 Genevieve St; 16787 Courtney Way
Observations Include: trenching, line locating, safety equipment, tracer wire, verification of equipment
calibrations, EFV 1200 installation,butt fusion, successful pressure tests, squeeze off, continuity tests,
bedding with sand and backfill. Quizzed employees on AOCs of fusion and squeeze off procedures.
All procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
