IPUC inspector Galli observed Das-Co a contractor for IGC install 1/4" service lines.
Address: 1340 N Truman Ave, Eagle, ID
Observations included: safety equipment, tracer wire,butt fusion, EFV 1200 installation, successful
pressure test at 94 psi for 15 minutes, squeeze off, bedding and backfill. Quizzed employees on
applicable AOCs of fusion and squeeze off procedures. All observed activity was completed in
accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
