IPUC inspector Galli and Brooks observed Das-Co a contractor for IGC install 3/4" service lines.
IPUC Inspector Brooks attempted to observed Das-co crews at 1438 N Cole Bluff Cottage, Boise, ID
and 6616 N Spindrift Way, Meridian, ID. Das-co was unable to complete the jobs due to equipment
malfunction and space limitations.

Observations included: trenching, line locating, tracer wire, butt fusion, EFV 1200 installation,
successful pressure test at 98 psi for 15 minutes, squeeze off,bedding and backfill. Quizzed employees
on applicable AOCs of fusion and squeeze off procedures. All observed activity was completed in
accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
