IPUC inspector Galli and Perkins observed KV a contractor for IGC install 2"main lines.
To address: North 7 b East(Sugar Mill Subdivision), Sugar City, ID
Observations included: Verification of OQs, correct trench depth, visual inspection of completed fused
welds, observed fusion of a 2" T and end cap, tracer wire installation and bedding. Quizzed employees
on applicable AOCs of fusion and bedding procedures. All observed activity was completed in
accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
