IPUC inspector Galli observed Das-Co a contractor for IGC install a 3/4" service line.
To address: 2829 E 12'' St, Emmett, ID
Observations included: trenching, line locating, tracer wire,butt fusion, stab fittings, EFV 1200
installation, squeeze off, bedding and backfill. Quizzed employees on applicable AOCs for fusion and
squeeze off procedures. All procedures were conducted in accordance with IGC procedures.
