Additional Comments:
IPUC inspector Galli observed Das-Co a contractor for IGC install a 1/4" service line.
To address: 11445 W Mesquite St, Boise, ID
Observations included: trenching, line locating, thumper boring, tracer wire, butt fusion, stab fittings,
EFV 1200 installation, squeeze off,bedding and backfill. Quizzed employees on applicable AOCs for
fusion and squeeze off procedures. Inspector Galli witnessed a Das-Co employee completely fuse a
new service line to existing, in service, squeezed off pipe stub without conducting a pressure test in
accordance with OPS 505. FOC Jason arrived on-site, shut the job down for the and required the entire
Das-Co crew to redo their OQs.
