Additional Comments:
IPUC inspector Perkins observed Das-Co a contractor for IGC lower 2ea already installed risers in
Emmett as the electrical contractor had moved them. Also watched them install a 3/4" service in
Star, Idaho. Addresses: 2828 E 12'' St/2658 Landmark St, 1336 N Hickory Grove Way. Observations
included: Safety equipment, trenching,backfilling, line-locating, fusing, stab fittings, tracer-wire,
pressure testing and purging. Quizzed employees on AOC recognition for squeeze and release times.
All procedures were observed in compliance with IGCs Operations and Maintenance Manual.
