Additional Comments:
IPUC inspectors Galli and Brooks observed Das-Co a contractor for IGC install 1/4" service lines to
19396 & 19384 Susquehanna Way in Caldwell, ID. Observations included: trenching, line locating,
tracer wire, butt fusion, stab fittings, EFV 1200 installation, squeeze off, successful pressure test at 90
psi for 15 minutes,bedding and backfill. Quizzed employees on applicable AOC for fusion, squeeze off
and pressure testing. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGC procedures.
In Middleton, ID, inspectors conducted a follow-up inspection to verify no differential pressure on the
in-line strainer on regulator station#30125. Pressures were the same across the strainer and showed no
signs of obstructions in the strainer.
Additionally, inspectors Galli and Brooks performed spot checks in the following cities:
• Eagle, ID on a patrol relocation (Job number 23NG-1016)
• Middleton, ID on a 4" main install (Job number 23NG-1024)
• Star, ID on a new service to a commercial property (Job number 23NG-3312) which was
postponed due to Idaho Power construction activities.
