IPUC inspector Perkins observed Das-Co a contractor for IGC install a 3/4" service off a 4" main to
3087 W Milano Dr, Meridian Idaho. Observations included: Safety equipment, trenching,backfilling,
tracer-wire, line-locating, boring, 4" bolt on tee, fusing and shore box, Quizzed employees on AOC
recognition for bolt on tee. All procedures were observed in compliance with IGCs Operations and
Maintenance Manual.
