IPUC inspector Perkins observed Das-Co a contractor for IGC install 4" PE main at Foothill Rd-
Duff/Lansing. Observations included: Safety equipment, calibrated electro-fusion tool, electro-fusions
on 4" PE, trenching,backfilling, tracer-wire and boring. Quizzed employees on AOC recognition for
fusing. All procedures were observed in compliance with IGCs Operations and Maintenance Manual.
