Additional Comments:
IPUC inspectors Perkins and Brooks observed an IGC crew line locating, dig up two 1/2" service lines,
purge the line, cut the 11/2" service lines and put cap&go on, reattach the tracer wire for future install,
foam fill the abandoned line on both ends and backfill the excavation. All procedures were observed in
compliance with IGCs Operations and Maintenance Manual.
