IPUC inspectors Perkins and Galli observed Das-Co a contractor for IGC install a section of 4" PE main
at Ustick Road and Indiana Ave. Observations included: trenching, safety equipment, calibrated fusion
tools, fusions on 4" PE. Quizzed employees on AOC recognition for fusing. All procedures were
observed in compliance with IGCs Operations and Maintenance Manual.
