IPUC inspector Perkins met with Das-Co a contractor for IGC at Floating Feather/N Watershed Ave,
Eagle Idaho. Observations included: trenching, line locating, tracer wire, squeezing, fusing, and
bedding/backfilling. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGCs Operations and
Maintenance Manual, Federal Code, and Idaho Dig Line Laws.
