4/19/2023
IPUC inspectors Perkins and Galli observed Das-Co a contractor for IGC install approximately 170 feet
of 6-inch PE main along Purple Sage Drive in Middleton, ID. Observations included: trenching, tracer
wire, line locating,boring and pull back, inspection of completed fusions, OQ verification and AOC
recognition. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGCs Operations and Maintenance
Manual.

IPUC inspector Brooks and Galli observed Das-co trench, laid 6" PE main, installed tracer wire, install
a Maloney post, electro fuse a 6" coupler and bedding.
