Inspection Summary
A construction inspection was performed on KV Utilities and GTUH&H X-ray contractors for
Intermountain Gas.
IPUC inspector traveled to Idaho Falls and observed contractors preparing 4300'of 10" steel pipeline for
replacement near 1108 E 715N in Shelley, Idaho. Observations included: line locating/marking, excavating,
trench safety, safety equipment,pre-heating, welding, wrapping,jeeping and x-raying welds.
