Inspection Summary
A construction inspection was performed on Das-Co, a contractor for IGC.
IPUC inspectors observed Das-Co crew install new service lines to 1699 W Naxos St and 61788 W
Karpathos in Meridian. Observations included: Trenching, equipment calibrations, safety equipment,
butt fusion,purging, tracer wire and bedding with sand. An unacceptable fusion was identified but was
rejected, removed, and a new fusion was made per consult with an IGC FOC.
