Inspection Summary
A construction inspection was performed on Das-Co, a contractor for IGC.
IPUC inspectors observed a Das-Co crew excavate, line locate, install tracer wire, boring, coating
removal, welding, wax wrapping, EFV 1800 install,butt fusion and successful pressure testing at 90 psi
for 15 minutes for a new 3/4" service line from a 4" steel main at 2811 N Bogus Basin Rd, Boise ID.
IGC FOC Chris Lua on-site. All procedures were followed in accordance with the IGC Operation and
Maintenance Manual.
