Inspection Summary
A construction inspection was performed on Das-Co a contractor for IGC.
IPUC inspectors observed Das-Co crew install new service lines to 11075 & 11260 Yeoman Place,
Kuna, ID. Observations included: line squeezing, successful pressure test at 90 psi for 15 minutes,butt
fusion, EFV 1200 install, purging, tracer wire,bedding, and backfilling. All procedures were followed in
accordance with the IGC Operation and Maintenance Manual.
