Inspection Summary
A construction inspection was preformed on Das-Co a contractor for IGC.
IPUC inspector observed Das-CO crew install new service lines to 1202,1204 and 1207 Oak St in Parma,
ID. Observations included: line locating,pressure testing, stab fittings, fusing, EFV install, purging,
tracer wire, bedding and backfilling. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operation
and Maintenance Manual.
