Inspection Summary
A construction inspection was performed on KV-Utilities a contractor for IGC.
IPUC inspector observed KV-Utilities crew install a new service line to 1022 Trapper Peak in Kimberly,
ID. Observations included: line locating, pressure testing, stab fittings, EFV install, tracer wire, bedding
and backfilling. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operation and Maintenance
Manual.
