Inspection Summary
A construction inspection was performed on KV-Utilities a contractor for IGC.
IPUC inspector observed KV-Utilities crew install a new service line to 314 W Main St in Declo, ID.
Observations included: welding tie-in to 2" steel line using tapping tee, pressure testing,
coating/wrapping of steel line,bedding,backfilling, tracer wire and EFV install. Pressure gauge had
expired calibration sticker,but was provided with calibration sheet. All procedures were followed in
accordance with IGC Operation and Maintenance Manual.
