A construction inspection was preformed on Das-co, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company.
17 January 2023 (3.0) construction,typed reports
IPUC inspectors observed contractors install a 3/4" service line to 5574 N Eagle Drive, Boise, ID from
2" PE. Observations included: coring, line locating,boring, trenching, tracer wire, EFV 1200 installation
and butt fusion. Quizzed employees on applicable AOCs. All procedures were followed in accordance
with IGC operations and maintenance manual. IGC FOC Chris Lua on site. This job will be a two part
job due to contractor activity in the ROW adjacent to the building.
