Inspection Summary
A construction inspection was preformed on Das-co, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company.
12 January 23 (2.0) construction,typed reports
IPUC inspectors observed contractors install a 3/4" PE service line to 1883 N Jericho Road, Meridian
from the adjacent house. Observations included: trenching, tracer wire, EFV 1200 installation, stab
fittings, squeeze off procedures,pressure test at 90 for 15 minutes, bedding,backfill and observed IGC
service tech bag/gas up adjacent home so as not to lose gas pressure during tie-in, . Quizzed employees
on applicable AOCs. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGC operations and maintenance
manual. IGC FOC Joe Del La Torre on site.
