A construction inspection was performed on Das-Co, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company.
10 January 23 (2.0) construction,typed reports
IPUC inspectors observed contractors (Das-Co) install a new 3/4" PE service line from a 2" steel main at 2409 N
28th St, Boise, ID. Observations included line locating, excavation, thumper bore, tracer wire, plastic butt fusing,
meter bar placement, successful pressure test, EFV installation, welding on tee, wax wrapping, line purging, gas
testing, and backfilling. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGCs Operations and Maintenance
Manual.
