A construction inspection was preformed on DASCO a contractor for IGC.
11 January 23 (2.0) construction,typed reports
IPUC inspectors observed contractors install a 3/4" PE gas line from a 2" steel main at 2880 W Bellomy
Lane in Boise, ID. Observations included: trenching, line locating,boring approximately 75 feet to riser
location, tracer wire,butt fusion, EFV 1200 installation. Quizzed employees on applicable AOCs. All
procedures were followed in accordance with IGCs Operations and Maintenance Manual.
